For Accessories

  1. Return Eligibility
    Orders can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. After 24 hours, no returns will be accepted. Earrings cannot be returned under any circumstance unless a defect is reported within one (1-2) hour of delivery, due to hygiene and safety concerns. If items are found to be defective due to shipping or otherwise, you will receive a replacement completely free of charge, and all shipping fees will be covered by us.

  2. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be in their original mint condition as received. If items are returned damaged and you wish to have them sent back to you, Nude Gold will cover 50% of the return shipping cost, and you will cover the remaining 50%.

  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive the returned item(s) through the shipping company (typically 4–7 business days), your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the return. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective from our end.

  4. Non-Negotiable Terms
    These terms are final and non-negotiable. Abusive, harsh language, or swearing directed at our staff may result in the cancellation of your return request. By placing an order with Nude Gold, you acknowledge and accept this return policy.

For Bags

  1. Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, mint condition and unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the return. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
