If you notice any issue at the time of delivery—such as a missing item, wrong product, or visible damage—please notify the courier immediately and refuse the order so that it can be returned to us and handled properly.

No Returns After Acceptance

Once you check the order and accept it from the courier, the sale becomes final and non-refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery is confirmed.

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order carefully at the time of delivery, as this is the only chance to report a problem.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case your order arrives with a mistake or damage and you are unable to inspect it during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We may require photo evidence and will review the case individually. However, we reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that are not reported at the time of delivery.
