Nude Gold is operated by a sole proprietor based in Egypt. All products and services are offered under this structure.

2. Use of Our Platforms

Customers may browse, purchase, and communicate with us through our official website and Instagram page. Any use of our content for resale, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted or confirmed by the customer during delivery. Once accepted, orders become final and non-refundable.

4. Inspection Before Acceptance

We allow all customers to inspect their order before accepting delivery. This is the only time issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items can be reported.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order has been accepted, it becomes final. Due to hygiene and product quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled by QP Express and is available within Egypt only. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location. We do not deliver on Fridays, and public holidays may cause delays.

7. Payments

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. The total cost, including any shipping fees, must be paid in full upon delivery.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect customer data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and order history to fulfill orders and improve customer service. We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or resale.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, designs, product names, and brand materials on our website and social media are the property of Nude Gold. Reproduction or unauthorized use is not permitted.
